BIG CRAB is committed to making our website and restaurant information accessible to every guest. We aim for clear text, keyboard navigation, useful image descriptions, and motion controls that respect your device settings.

We review the site regularly against the WCAG 2.1 AA guidelines and fix issues as we find them. Our dining rooms and restrooms at both Jacksonville locations are wheelchair accessible, and our team is happy to help with seating, reading the menu aloud, or carrying orders to your table.
